Crews repaired pier by cutting out damaged wood piling and stubbing in new steel piling and members.
Neptune Marine was subcontracted by Interwest construction for the installation of bridge footings at Red Cabin Creek. Two temporary cofferdams were constructed by driving sheet pile. The cofferdams were excavated, and concrete was placed.
Neptune Marine installed a floating log boom at bravo pier to guard the pier from debris. The boom consisted of vertical driven pile and 36″ Cedar Logs.
Neptune Marine placed over 4,000 tons of rock to protect bridge footings and the adjacent bank as part of an environmental project.
